Discover the Power to Change Your Relationships for Good
The 12 module workshop is steeped in evidence based relationship therapy. It’s not a replacement for deep individual work but does provide practical skills to help you open to yourself and discover your why.
You can work at your own pace – once you’ve completed the course, you will be able to review the resources if you need a refresher.

Each week a group online Q&A session will give you the chance to share what you’ve learned and learn from others in a collaborative session. If you’re not sure about a group session? You can work individually with me too.

Module 1. Setting the Scene - Stuff you need to know
We chat about the course content, the actions, key concepts and your path to success, plus we outline your goals.

Module 2. Intention - Having a clear intention
We start laying the foundation to learn the skills. You will set clear intentions based on your values and hopes for the future.

Module 3. Learn Self Awareness - Looking in the mirror
You will learn to self-reflect with empathy and gain insight into how you’ve come to be here. Self-reflection can be raw and confronting but it’s a key step to a more confident you.

Module 4. The Driving Seat - Living consciously
We explore the influences of your family and how they shape your experience. You will learn how to break the patterns and cycles you find yourself repeating.

Module 5. Mindset Shift - Challenging the internal voice
Live intentionally and stop self-sabotaging behaviours. You will learn how to let go of limiting core beliefs, self-destructiveness and perfectionism and develop a stronger sense of self.

Module 6. Emotional Mastery - Finding emotional freedom
You will learn how to free yourself from reactive behaviours. As well as understand your triggers, develop self-regulation techniques and learn to deal with difficult feelings mindfully.

Module 7. Being Brave - Finding your voice
Learn the importance of having a voice and speaking up, even when it's challenging, plus develop the ability to self-reflect and define your feelings, wants and desires. You will have the tools to enabling positive self-expression while tolerating risk, being vulnerable, and exploring differences. You will also increase your ability to listen, hear and respond to others productively.

Module 8. - Stepping Into Your Power - Developing emotional muscle
You’ll learn how to stop people-pleasing or over-functioning, putting the needs of others above your own & giving yourself away. Learn to create boundaries and assertive communication (say no without guilt!). Reclaiming your power and life.

Module 9. The Dance - Relationship dynamics
Learn about relational dynamics, including the difference between intimacy and closeness, the influence of attachment adaptations in relationships and how your ‘love languages’ play out.

Module 10. Passion and Purpose - The life you aspire to have
After these weeks of purposeful work, you’ll feel more confident and energised, so it’s time to explore your passions and purpose.

Module 11. A New Baseline - Loving yourself
Loving yourself is prioritising you, and you’ve done the work to put it into practice! Now we explore embracing the law of attraction and gratitude to support you in your new confident, heart open self.

Module 12. Wrapping Up - Keep moving forward
We will be tying up loose ends and reviewing what we’ve covered, plus we’ll celebrate your wins! We’ll identify your remaining roadblocks and talk about the strategies to keep you moving forward. All the content is available for you to look back on if you need a refresher. There will be an extended Q & A after this module too.
